University Phd Program Duration of this scholarship for two to eight months, the scholarship will begin on October 1, 2011;
Travel costs to and from Turkey will be met by the Scholars / Students themselves; Government of Turkey will meet the cost of education, housing and medical care expenses for scholars (except for long-tern illness, serious surgery, prosthesis, orthopedic jaw, orthodontics and dentures);
Eligibility Criteria: University Phd Program Applicant: -
-Should have completed graduate programs (Masters / PhD) that lasted at least four years before 5/27/2011 minimum mark% 60 in relevant subjects;
-Must have fluent communication skills in at least one Language ie Turkish, English or French;
-Must be healthy and fit;
-Age: Below 40 years as on 05.27.2011;
-Research proposals / specific work to be done (in a separate sheet) must be provided.
University Phd Program Candidates who have been abroad for study / specialization / training either on scholarship or on their own for a period of more than six months are eligible to apply if they have been in India for at least two consecutive years after their return from abroad. Candidates can apply only to one subject.
